Biggest Single Order : We have executed Single biggest order of Rs. 53,00,000.00 (Rupees Fifty Three Lakh only) from M/s Flowserve India Controls Private Limited, for supply of 24 Nos Control Valve Silencers (Pressure Vessel type) for Wait Gas Development & SRU Project, Saudi Aramco Refinery Project.

Overseas Clients: We have also supplied Steam Control Valve Silencer to GASCO Abu Dhabi worth Rs. 25,00,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) in 2011-12. We have also supplied equipments to M/s JG Summit Petro-chemical Corporation, Philippines, M/s Flowserve Abahhsain Flow Control Co. Ltd, Dammam- KSA etc.

Indigenous Clients: Acoutech India is a registered vendor of various PSUs in India such as GAIL, IOCL, BHEL, NINL, HZL, HCL. We are also dealing with various private sector majors like Aditya Birla (Grasim Industried Ltd.), Essar Steel, Essar Oil, Vedanta Group, Claris etc.

Benchmark Order: Acoutech India supplied highly critical specialty equipment Torque Tubes made from SS 316L material & Dupont K-49 resin, FRP torque tube for Cryogenic application to Corporate R & D, BHEL Hyderabad in 2013.

IBR & NACE Jobs: Acoutech supplied equipments with IBR stamp to M/s Hindustan Zinc Limited, CLZS Chanderiya Rajastan for their Hydro-1, TBG Project in 2013. Acoutech India also supplied NACE comply equipments to M/s Flowserve India Controls Private Limited for their export project.

Third Party Inspection Jobs: Acoutech India also supplied various critical equipments with third party Inspection like Moody Internationals, PRS Consultants, BV, TUV, IRS etc.

Design Capabilities: Acoutech India has its own design & engineering capabilities for equipments such as Industrial Silencers, Pressure Vessels, Tank, TEMA Heat Exchangers, EOT Cranes. We have in house Design & Engineering resources such as qualified & experience team, Design & Simulation softwares, International & National Standards such as ASME, ASTM, BIS, TEMA, EJMA, HEI, BS, AWS, API etc.

Manufacturing Capabilities: Acoutech India has its own manufacturing facilities and resources and fully equipped workshop with qualified and experienced technical and commercial team. We have our owned workshop at Ahmedabad and tie up work shop at Rebale Navi Mumbai.

Sourcing Capabilities: Acoutech India has excellent network of its business associates for technical services providers such as various treatments of materials, special manufacturing requirements, and standard brought out materials, basic raw materials and other consumable materials.
